So in a recent issue of entertainment weekly, jodie foster was talking about her fear of the audience reacting in the wrong way to her new vigilante flick, "the brave one". Specifically, she was worried people in the theater would cheer when she killed the thugs that beat her boyfriend to death. Am I missing something here? Revel in my confusion...after the jump.

obsolescence. However, a radical
restructuring of how systems are designed could give them a chance at surviving
the next twenty year. What the Geek
proposes is quite radical, and he doubts the industry would ever be willing to

In yet another stupid move on Sony's part, they let Jack Tretton (President and CEO of Sony America) talk to EGM about the PS3. While many of his comments were off the wall, two stuck out to the Geek as ridicule worthy. Check them out after the jump.

strewn about the fortress, you will not find a PS3. Simple oversight? I think not. In fact, the Geek demands you boycott the PS3! Now why such a harsh reaction? I’ll explain.

The Geek has been thinking about his movie review section, which up till now contained reviews of recent films. While recent is good, the Geek feels it is equally important to look to the past, especially at films which contain the essence of geek. Whether due to plot or acting style, dialog or setting, there are many films which just scream geek, and the fortress is going to start bringing them to your attention.
